Do I have to book through your links?
No. Links are there to save time, but you’re free to book wherever you like. In all cases, you book and pay providers directly.
When should I ask for advice or a tailor-made plan?

What does in-trip assistance cover?
For Travel Planner Service clients, standard remote support is included: practical help via WhatsApp or email, 8am–8pm (Paris time), reply the same day or next day. It covers help with understanding and decisions during your trip (check-in, timetables, transport, weather, pace adjustments). Limits: we don’t book/pay on your behalf, no physical intervention, and no medical/legal/police emergencies (→ 112). We can communicate in FR/EN/TR/ZH, and you always stay in control of bookings with providers.
